Landmark is a coeducational boarding and day school offering a full range of customized programs for students with language-based learning disabilities in grades 2-12, including a residential program for grades 9-12. Landmark individualizes instruction for each student and emphasizes the development of language and learning skills within a highly structured and supportive living and learning environment. In addition, Landmark offers a Summer Program (grades 1-12) including a customized schedule with a daily tutorial. Landmark is situated on two beautiful campuses 25 miles north of Boston.

The PACE School is a Chapter 766, coed, private day school approved by the Massachusetts Department of Education. Students referred to PACE have not experienced success in a public school setting because of learning disabilities, behavioral and/or emotional difficulties. The methods for delivering services are educational, vocational and therapeutic. The curriculum includes English/Language Arts, Math, Science, Reading, History, Health, Physical Education, Woodworking, Foreign Language and Computer Science. The Pace School curriculum provides experimental and hands-on opportunities for students to learn critical academic subject areas. Multi-disciplinary projects are often quite effective in engaging students resistant to traditional teaching techniques. Pace School recognizes the individual needs of a unique school population. Therefore, Pace School has initiated an outreach program to increase and maintain student attendance and consistent participation in school. Our bilingual outreach counselor monitors the attendance of each Pace School student. The counselor contacts students who are absent via telephone or home visits to increase attendance. Pace School provides pick-ups for students on an as-needed basis.

Eldorado Emerson Private School

Rise Institute is a non-public school that specializes in working with at-risk children who have been identified in need of psycho-educational therapeutic intervention. Our individualized and intense academic setting provides a safe, structured learning environment. Our students need the attention we provide through small classes and access to one-on-one instruction. Our program provides a unique curriculum created around the Re-Education format, which stresses the importance of individualized and developmentally-based activities. This model also addresses our students need to have hands-on experiences in woodwork, ceramics, dance, music, movement and role-play. To further compliment this philosophy, we have a vocational training site in Sonoma where students participate in learning construction skills and other job-related activities. This venue also gives our students an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Sonoma county through full, structured outdoor activities which serve to develop appropriate social interaction, teamwork and communication skills.

Building Christian Character in Students. Center Road Christian Academy has been helping educate the children of this community for two generations. If a school is Christian, the curricula must be Biblical. All curricular materials are presented in harmony with the letter and spirit of the Bible. FVL was founded in 1953 by an association of Wisconsin Synod members in the Fox River Valley area. Fox Valley Lutheran High School, in partnership with families and Federation churches, provides students with a Christ-centered education, preparing them for lives of service now and for eternity.

Since 1979, Shorewood Christian School (SCS) has been helping Christian parents fulfill their Scriptural mandate to train up their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. SCS offers small class sizes from Pre-K through 8th grade. Its total enrollment is about 190. SCS is a ministry of Shorewood Foursquare Church.
