Our school's purpose for existing is to provide an affordable, quality Christian education that celebrates a diverse community and leads children to know and serve the Lord.

The mission of the Philadelphia School is to educate the intellect and character of our children in a manner consistent with the principles of progressive philosophy. We want our students to become lifelong learners who are creative thinkers, bold problem solvers, and engaged citizens. Our approach to learning addresses developmental issues: how a child grows intellectually, creatively, emotionally, socially, morally, and physically. New discoveries about child development and about the teaching and learning process are regularly incorporated into the school curriculum.

Calvary Baptist Academy is the educational ministry of Calvary Baptist Church of Hurricane, WV. We exist to provide quality education which will honor and glorify our lord. We make no apology for striving toward academic excellence. Our children must receive quality academic instruction so they can represent Christ in the business and professional world, as well as, in the pulpit, on the mission field, and in the home. Neither do we apologize for our efforts in leading students to a saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We welcome students of all races and denominations. CBA does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in its admissions and programs. Galt Adventist Christian School exists to assist our students in arranging their priorities to seek first a developing personal relationship with Jesus Christ so that a balanced excellence is encouraged in spiritual commitment, in academic achievement, and in physical training and in social development. Galt Adventist Christian School is part of the education system of the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, accredited by the Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools under the National Council for Private School Accreditation. It is supported financially by the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, the Galt Seventh-day Adventist Church, and student tuition. The School and church are on the same campus. The School is a full elementary program for grades one through eight in two classrooms with two credentialed teachers. Enrollment at the school has averaged 35 students during the past ten years. Our low student-teacher ratio enhances individual attention, while multiple-grade classrooms create an environment for cross-learning: Younger students learn from older ones and the older ones have the opportunity to share with the younger students.

Our Mother of Good Counsel School is a co-ed elementary school with an enrollment of 300 students. Class size ranges from 32-35 students per class. Our Mother of Good Counsel School's mission is to be witnesses to the love of Christ for all. The school began in 1933 with 36 students studying in two small cottages on Ambrose Street. Four years later another house was purchased on Dracena Street to accommodate the 7th and 8th grade classes. Work on the present school building began in 1949. From its beginning until 1968, the school was staffed by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart; it is presently served by dedicated lay and religious teachers and staff.

St. Aloysius Regional School has been providing a quality education to students of all faiths for over 125 years. Service to our community, commitment to family and church, and respect for ourselves and others, allow us to work together to make our school a very special place for learning. We are able to work with any family and make our tuition manageable, through our tuition assistance program.
